Description

Charleston is one of America's most historic cities. Founded in 1670 by English colonists, this 300-year-old port city was once considered the cultural center of the New World. The city has survived earthquake, fire, war, tornados, and hurricanes. We've restored her pre-revolutionary and ante-bellum buildings into an all American city.

Enjoy a guided tour through the old-walled city area and see the famous Battery Waterfront district, St. Phillips Episcopal Church, and the Public Market. See over 100 points of interest and get a comprehensive overview of this charming and graceful city.

Departs from the Charleston Visitors Center every 30 minutes (on the hour and half hour) beginning at 9:00 am. Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Tour includes pick-up and drop-off from designated hotels located on the peninsula in downtown Charleston for tours starting before 3:00 pm. Child rate applies to children 11 years old and younger. Please order online or call to order or for more information.

Enjoyed the Charleston Tour very much. Tour guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. Mini bus was comfortable and cool. Make sure you use the bathroom before you go as there are no stops to go and it's long ride.
